Titian's Perseus and Andromeda, once owned by Philip II, now in the Wallace Collection
Doing the near impossible and adding even more colour, Cabezon travelled to Antwerp in 1549 - 1550 with Philip where the 22-year old prince was painted by Anthonis Mor, in 1550, and then painted by Titian in 1551. Mor's style of portrait was already influenced by Titian and it later, in turn, had an influence on Velazquez.
